DUNLOP MULTI TILE ADHESIVE

Dunlop Multi Tile Adhesive is a multipurpose adhesive designed for the interior installation of all ceramic tiles on both walls and floors. Due to its non- slip properties, tiles can be set from top or bottom making the job easier. It is ideal for bathrooms, kitchens and showers.

1. All surfaces must be clean and dry, free of wax, grease, oil, paint, dust or release agents that my adversely affect the bond. Painted surfaces must be completely sanded.

2. For floor application the substrate must be structurally sounds. Plywood surfaces must be screwed to joists or subflooring. No deflection is permitted.

3. Apply adhesive using the recommended trowel (depending on tile to be installed). Do not spread more than can be covered within 20 to 30 minutes. Open time will vary from 30 to 40 minutes depending on temperature and humidity.

4. Press tile firmly into adhesive with a slight twisting motion to ensure a proper bond. Do not slide into position. Check tiles occasionally to ensure at least 90% transfer of adhesive to the back of the tile.

5. All 24 hours drying time before grouting. Do not proceed with grouting until the tile can no longer be moved.
