Eighteen Sound  12ND930

Eighteen Sound 12ND930 is a 12-inch speaker with neodymium magnet, which meets the strictest high quality requirements. Thanks to its versatility, the 12ND930 is used in 2-way systems (coupled to 1.4 ″ drivers) or as a subwoofer in a box of about 50 liters.

The magnet

The neodymium magnet ensures a high concentration of flux, a low  Power Compression  and an excellent heat exchange. This is because its configuration is considerably more efficient than the traditional type, in which the magnetic element is embedded between the two polar plates. As a result, high levels of force factor and better power management are achieved. In addition, the direct contact between the large heat sink and the basket represents a fundamental improvement in the thermal connection and heat dissipation. For this, the power management capacity is further improved, leading to a lowering of the Power Compression.
