Super Grip Premium Problem-Solving Interior / Exterior Primer
Super Grip Premium Problem Solving Primer is an exceptional quality 100% acrylic waterborne bonding primer/sealer and stain killer for use on drywall, wood, masonry, galvanized metal, aluminium or previously painted surfaces. Suitable for interior or exterior applications.
Super Grip Premium Problem-Solving Primer is a very high
quality 100% acrylic, waterborne, multi-purpose, bonding
primer/sealer and stain killer for use on drywall, wood, masonry,
galvanized metal, aluminium and previously painted metal. Super
Grip Primer is suitable for interior or exterior applications and
provides excellent adhesion to a variety of surfaces including aged
oil paints and most glossy surfaces.
It is an excellent stain killer for water stains, lipstick, smoke, ink
and crayons and resists nail head and tannin stains over woods
such as redwood and cedar. Highly alkali and blister resistant,
Super Grip Primer may be applied to new concrete or masonry
surfaces with a pH up to 13.0 and prior to a 30-day cure. For use
under deep and vivid colours, the white Super Grip Primer may be
tinted to more appropriate colour with the addition of up 2% by
volume of Ulttima Plus colourants.

Super Grip Premium Problem-Solving Primer may be applied by brush, roller, pad or
airless spray. Mix thoroughly before use, by stirring product with a circular, lifting motion.
Super Grip is supplied ready for use but may be thinned sparingly with water depending
upon surface type and porosity.
For best brush application results, use a quality synthetic filament brush. For roller
application, use a 3/8” or 1/2” nap cover for rough surfaces. Brushing is the preferred
method of application over chalky substrates. Super Grip will cover most stains in one
coat, but some stains may require a second coat after full drying of the first coat. Some
highly water sensitive stains may require the application of a solvent-borne stain resistant
sealer for best results. For best adhesion and results, it is recommended that the first
topcoat of paint be applied within 48 hours of application of the Super Grip Primer.
